Falmer where to find skyrim

As players explore Blackreach, they might run into other surface races. What the player will notice is that the other races have the name Falmer Servant. These servants can range from Nords, Bretons, Bosmer, and Khajiit. Interestingly, it would seem that other elves can be enslaved by Falmer as well. It is not known how the servants came to be servants, but there is no way for the player to liberate them.

The servants will wear ragged robes and use low-tier weapons only. The Falmer must have some kind of power to be able to enslave surface races, either through magic or the same toxic fungi that the Dwemer used.
