Barbara, did you ever hear from Lily on your question? I would love to know what you heard! We have had other members that this happened to, but each one has a different answer due to room temp and length of time out of the refrigerator. I used to get my Forteo delivered via FedEx, and they left the package outside once in the Summer heat of over degrees. Luckily, since it was shipped in the styrofoam package with the 4 or so frozen packs, the temp in the box was no where near the outdoor temp.

I was able to use it, and the frozen packs weren't melted just slightly. I double checked with Lily first before using it because I was going to send it back since FedEx made the mistake, but didn't have to, luckily. Sharing discussion reply. React Sign in or join to react.
